Returns Policy

Always Shop With Confidence At Tabletop & Kitchen

When you shop with Tabletop & Kitchen, you enjoy the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Tabletop & Kitchen online.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds or repair requests must be accompanied by at least one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Proof of Purchase deemed satisfactory by Tabletop & Kitchen

Returning Online Purchases

To return a product, noting the below conditions, return the item purchased via post to:

Please ensure your full name and original delivery address are noted on the package as the sender details. Please contact web@tabletopandkitchen.com.au if you have any other questions about returns.

Return and refund conditions:

  • Produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase
  • A refund will be processed once your parcel arrives at our Warehouse
  • Tabletop & Kitchen will not reimburse postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty
  • The item must be received intact and in saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
  • The item is not a Special Exception (see below)
  • We have verified that the item was originally purchased from Tabletop & Kitchen

In circumstances where you are unable to exchange an item, Tabletop & Kitchen may in its absolute discretion provide you with store credit to the current value of the item.

Once the item/s have been received a refund will be processed via the same method payment used to complete the purchase.

Tabletop & Kitchen will not reimburse postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty.

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Tabletop & Kitchen. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Gift Cards / Bonus items / Bundled items

All Gift Cards or bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the recommended retail value of any such unreturned Gift Card, bonus or bundled item or utilised portion of any Gift Card will be deducted from any refund.

Special Exception

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.

Including, but not limited to, Gift Cards and ePay vouchers, Tabletop & Kitchen Gift Cards, Tabletop & Kitchen eGift Cards, e-pay recharge vouchers, all personal care items such as electric toothbrushes, shavers, hairbrushes, manicure sets, foot spas, hand held massagers, soaps, earrings for pierced ears, perishable food, already discounted stock.
